Linen Queen Design Works and our Stitching Queen brand encourage you to support and participate in the Cross Body Purse project organized by Sew Powerful, a 501(c)3 charitable organization.  The goal of the Cross Body Purse project is to improve the education, health and self esteem of girls in Zambia Africa.  You can make a monetary contribution or, like us, dowload, sew and donate purses by October 1st.  The pattern is contained on their website along with great instructions.  Stitching Queen has pledged to make at least 5 purses.  We will have the photos here as we progress.  To learn more go to www.SewPowerful.org.
